Guest Experience Lead

Part-time, seasonal role. The 2023 season begins in May and runs through October.

Share your love of Lake Superior with cabin guests. This role has two essential functions: retail store and rental management and housekeeping operations support.

Housekeeping Operations
The essential tasks will include setting up the cleaning team for success by preparing for turnovers, keeping an inventory of cleaning supplies, and laundry support.

Retail and Experience Support
Fresh Coast Goods is our small but mighty storefront. You’ll open this space for a few hours each day and help guests find their perfect souvenirs. Duties will include greeting guests each morning, providing a few Keweenaw recommendations, and helping with onsite experience booking including paddle board and sauna rental appointments.

Customer service and retail experience preferred. Training is available for friendly, detail-oriented individuals. Compensation is based on experience.

Schedule: 8am – 11am or 1pm (4 – 6 days/week), up to 30 hours/week.
