Covid Precautions: We are following CDC-approved cleaning guidelines. We ask that if you are not feeling well or are having any symptoms to please reschedule your stay & help protect our small community.
Before you stay with us, please note: Many of our cabins are rustic and small — part of being built over 75 years ago. Know that while we try hard to keep these spaces in great shape, some are a bit tired in spite of our homey touches. The grounds are grand and picturesque but also rocky and uneven. If you have mobility challenges, we recommend considering other accommodations.
Mosquitos, black flies, spiders, birds, snakes, mice, squirrels, eagles, deer, bears…. You’re in the woods – there’s a good chance you’ll see one or more from the list. We do not refund – or charge extra 🙃 for sightings.
What our guests say
What a pleasant surprise. The pictures and website don’t do this place justice. We only wish we could have been here on a Friday for the group campfire. This was our first trip to Copper Harbor but won’t be our last! We stayed in Cabin 3, which was perfect for us two and had a great view of Lake Superior.– Johanna
