Cabin details
This basic, 650 sq ft rustic cabin features all the amenities you need for an adventurous Northwoods getaway with close family or friends. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, peekaboo views of Lake Superior from the sitting room, and two bedrooms for maximized privacy.
The kitchen is equipped with an apartment size gas range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans plus olive oil, salt/pepper, fair-trade coffee, and organic tea.
The half-bathroom includes a corrugated metal shower stall with excellent water pressure, toilet, and vanity. One well-behaved dog is permitted—please review our pet policy prior to booking.

Covid Precautions: We are following CDC-approved cleaning guidelines. We ask that if you are not feeling well or are having any symptoms to please reschedule your stay & help protect our small community.
Before you stay with us, please note: Many of our cabins are rustic and small — part of being built over 75 years ago. Know that while we try hard to keep these spaces in great shape, some are a bit tired in spite of our homey touches. The grounds are grand and picturesque but also rocky and uneven. If you have mobility challenges, we recommend considering other accommodations.
Mosquitos, black flies, spiders, birds, snakes, mice, squirrels, eagles, deer, bears…. You’re in the woods – there’s a good chance you’ll see one or more from the list. We do not refund – or charge extra 🙃 for sightings.

A must stay!
Copper Harbor is beautiful. The cabin was super cute and comfortable with all your needs. Loved the little personal touches throughout with a welcome basket, candles, bathroom spray and soaps. If you are traveling with furry friends there are also little goodies for them as well. The water front was beautiful with multiple private beach options. The shared fire pit and outdoor game area also provides additional activities. The location is great, close to all Copper Harbor and Eagle Harbor attractions.

Lovely little cabin right on the lake! We had so much fun exploring the area and then having a cozy place to crash. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed!

Perfect location near the water
Our stay at Fresh Coast Cabins was fantastic! The cabin was just as cute IRL as the photos depict, it was clean, and in the perfect location near the water. We started our morning with a pour over coffee (the cabin had everything from a bean grinder to gooseneck kettle 😍) enjoyed in chairs overlooking the lake. It was in a great location to stop at Copper Harbor for trail hike or a scenic drive to Eagle River for the Fitz and the Jampot. It was wonderful finding this gem because we were able to bring our four-legged family member 🐶 with us on our adventures.

Treats for Darwin
If you want a quiet but magical place to stay right on Lake Superior, look no further! The Fresh Coast cabins are the place to stay!
We stayed in Cabin 5 which allowed us to bring our golden retriever with us on our vacation. The owners even supplied dog treats and toys to welcome our dog Darwin.
The sunsets were amazing and the shoreline of Lake Superior was beautiful! This cabin was great for cooking your own meals or grilling outside. Cooking utensils for making a wonderful meal were provided. But if you want to dine out, the hosts provided great recommendations. The beds are comfortable and the cabin was so quiet. The location is hard to beat because it is so close to wonderful beaches, hiking trails, waterfalls and lighthouses. We just wished we would have stayed longer!
